Customers accept all terms and conditions prior to purchasing from this site.
Peace of Mind:
Each unit is power tested and carefully checked for its accessories prior to shipping. Therefore, customers will never receive a DOA unit and/or missing accessories from FTA NYC.
Receivers Policy:
Manufacturers do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using third party softwares are illegal and will void product warranty and/or may subject the customer to repair costs.
Before you send your unit(s) in for repair service, we strongly suggest you consult with a nearby FTA installer to ensure your system is properly set-up and configured. Due to the sensitivity of these receivers, malfunctions are often caused by corrupted illegal 3rd party software loaded and/or lack of experience by end users.
Manufacture Warranty:
Each manufacturer comes with different terms of warranty. Please visit their website for more details. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost related to the repair or replacement of any unit. Click on the link below

Switches Policy:
All sales are final on DiSEqC switches due to the sensitivity of the internal circuitry.
Tools Policy:
All sales are final on tools.
Dishes Policy:
All sales are final on Dishes.
Receivers Policy:
All Receivers have 5 days for exchange ONLY from day of receipt. A 25% restocking fee is applicable on all refunds. All returned items for refund must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in its original carton with all manufacturer's included accessories in mint condition / unused; or an additional 25% refurbishment fee will be applied with the restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damage during shipping. All return items require a RMA number.
Shipping:
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx shipping to all 50 States and Puerto Rico. All products are shipped via USPS except Dishes, Tripod, and bulk orders on receivers. We do not ship Dishes and Tripod to AK, HI, and PR. Products are shipped within 24 hours of received payment excluding weekend and holiday. We only ship to credit card billing addresses. Each product is already pre-calculated for combine shipping discounts. FTANYC does not offer international shipping at the moment.
Special S&H for Coolsat 8000HD - Due to the weight and size of this unit, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground for 48 contiguous states.
If the unit is lost or damage during shipping, please inform FTANYC immediately so a refund can be filed with the carrier company on the customer's behalf. The refund process can take up to two billing cycles.

FTANYC accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, eCheck, and U.S. Postal Money Orders. FTANYC only accept cash for pickup order. |  |
