Continental United States Shipping Methods:

FTANYC is committed to providing excellent service at reasonable prices. The most cost efficient way to ship items and to keep shipping fees as low as possible is by using FedEx Ground. We ship FedEx Ground Monday, Wednesday, and Friday , except on Federal holidays. Items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will make every attempt possible to notify you within 3 business days that there will be a delay. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number that you can use to track your package online. Depending on your location within the country, it may take between 1-6 business days to receive your items once they are shipped. Please refer to our FedEx Ground shipping chart to see approximate shipping times.

We also offer additional shipping methods for orders required within a shorter time frame. For Continental United States orders, we offer FedEx 2-Day Service. Once an item leaves our facility, it takes 2 full business days to reach its destination. Although we are able to send most items sooner, please keep in mind that we still may require up to 5 business days to fill an order before it is shipped.

Puerto Rico Shipping Methods:

For customers ordering from Puerto Rico, The United States Postal Service Priority Mail is used. Most items arrive within 5 business days after they leave our facility. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your item has been shipped, however the Post Office offer tracking numbers.
